At GoBrands, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are available in stock.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, the exchange cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or exchange where applicable.

You may be asked to provide photos of the item and proof of purchase.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference changes, or any reason other than requesting an exchange for an eligible in-stock product or reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Refund requests will not be accepted except where required by applicable law.
